GlyScan.AI does not require an account. Saved scan history is stored locally on your device.

Deleting local app data does not delete Apple purchase records, purchase-entitlement records, or operational and security records needed to operate the service.
Common Questions
Why did my scan fail?
Food photo analysis requires a clear image, internet connection, and access to backend AI services. If a scan times out or cannot be analyzed, try better lighting, a closer photo, or scanning again later.
Why was my barcode product not found?
Barcode results depend on third-party product database coverage, including Open Food Facts where available. If a product is not found or data is incomplete, GlyScan.AI may ask you to take a product photo instead.
Is GlyScan.AI medical advice?
No. GlyScan.AI provides general educational nutrition and glycemic-impact estimates. It is not medical advice and should not be used for medical-condition, medication, or emergency decisions.
GlyScan.AI should not be used for allergy, ingredient-safety, medication, pregnancy, eating-disorder, or emergency decisions.
If you have an urgent medical concern, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
What are the scan limits?
Free and Premium plans may include fair-use scan limits. Current limits are shown in the app and may be adjusted to protect reliability and control processing costs.
